Women In Government story goes national

We at Govern America and DarrenWeeks.net were the first radio broadcast and website to break the story world-wide about pharmaceutical giant Merck & Company's connection to a Washington D.C. -based group called Women In Government, and how WIG was comprised largely of state legislative officials, who were pushing legislation to benefit their corporate sponsors.

We told you last September (see radio archives) how Michigan state Senator, Beverly Hammerstrom was the "Immediate Past Chair" of the Women In Government organization that was behind the push to mandate vaccinations for all sixth grade girls in Michigan as a condition of school attendance. We told you, at that time, that Michigan was not alone in this push for legislation to mandate the HPV vaccine to the benefit of WIG and big pharma giant, Merck & Company, along with their Merck Vaccine Division.

After exposing the documentation, back in September, I announced to my listeners that I was going to take it to our local television news media. I didn't know, at that time, whether they would report the story, but I was determined to take it to the newspapers if they refused. If nothing else, I would write letters to the editor or do anything to make the information public.

I did, in fact, take it to our local news media, and they ran with the story and aired it on the 5:00 news.

I'm happy to report that the legislation failed to pass the Michigan House of Representatives and was ultimately killed. Even though the legislators like Hammerstrom are vowing to reintroduce similar measures, and we must always remain vigilant, we can savor a major victory that the legislation was defeated and that Hammerstrom and her Women In Government den of corporate prostitutes were exposed.

Now, I'm also happy to report that our Women In Government story has gone national!

Major exposure is finally being given to the unsavory connections between state legislative leaders all across America, and the massive pharmaceutical companies through the national Women In Government organization. Several people have become aware that our state legislators all across our land have become controlled and are in the pockets of huge, multi-national corporations who care nothing about the health of the nation's children, but only seek to enhance their revenue and increase shareholder values.

This exposure is especially vital as at least 18 states have attempted to mandate the HPV vaccine. Due to the controversy, the legislation has either failed or been withdrawn in some states.

Most outrageous is Texas, where their pathetic excuse for a governor, Rick Perry, when faced with mounting opposition in the Texas legislature, took it upon himself to sign an executive order, mandating the vaccination. This sleazy governor has now decided to take the law out of the hands of the lawmakers and dictate what would happen for the entire population of that state!

Like Michigan, the state of Texas does have opt-out provisions, but many parents might not be aware of their rights, or the dangers of the vaccinations and will get their daughters vaccinated because they are told it is "mandatory".

Ask yourself the question: Why is it so important to these people that we humans be injected with the latest concoction from the big pharma industrial complex? Is corporate profiteering the sole reason, or is there an even deeper, more sinister purpose?
