BREAKING: The U.S. Supreme Court has again refused to hear arguments in the case of Terri Schindler-Shiavo.
Meanwhile, Terri's parents, the Schindlers, say their daughter is whithering away.
All of this happens while Jeb Bush knows that he has the authority to intervene at any time. He doesn't need the permission of Grimy Greer or anyone else. Reference Florida statute 415.1051 which says:
"If it appears that the vulnerable adult ... is likely to incur a risk of death or serious physical injury if such person is not immediately removed from the premises, then the representative of the department shall transport or arrange for the transportation of the vulnerable adult to an appropriate medical or protective services facility in order to provide emergency protective services."
Call Jeb: 850-488-7146 or 850-488-4441. Fax him at 850-487-0801 or 850-922-4292. E-mail him at jeb@jeb.org or jeb.bush@myflorida.com
